Two Lane Highway

Posted by felderfans on May 11, 2008

In 1975 Don lent his mandolin playing skills to Two Lane Highway, released by Pure Prairie League, a band originally out of Ohio which boasted clear, Americana-style vocal and guitar harmonies. One common denominator was lead guitarist Larry Goshorn, who work also appeared alongside Don’s on Michael Dinner’s LP The Great Pretender released the same year. They both would also share album credits again on the 1976 Jeffrey Comanor release Rumor in His Own Time and on Glenda Griffith’s self-titled album from 1977.
